Tools required: Python OR R, Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik, Machine Learning, Salesforce/Oracle.

About Role: 

• Preferred, hands-on experience.

• In managing Veeva CRM operations.
• In managing BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau Qlik-BI etc.)
• In SFE KPIs Management- measuring, monitoring, and analyzing.

• Key responsibilities, (not limited to)

• • Incumbent would be handling CRM operation in collaboration with internal & stakeholders.
  • Incumbent would be owning MCCP (IFT multichannel cycle plan)
  • Managing customer database on ongoing basis
  • Driving customer profiling, segmentation & adoption ladder
  • Organizing conducting training and awareness on various SFE concepts and modules
  • Providing execution feedback and actionable to the user (IFT & line-manager)
  • Conducting training sessions

• Day to day user support-

• User Management- New user onboarding, user transfer, hierarchal changes etc.

                       •      Organizing training sessions

• Managing In-market sales reporting and timely data refresh into Veeva

• Stakeholder coordination- internal users, support team, vendors etc.
