We are working with an innovative Global Manufacturer with material handling sites producing a diversified product range for sale to several industry sectors worldwide such as automotive, aerospace, metals and electronics. With over 25,000 Employees and a turnover of over 6bn EUR we are looking to strengthen the high end technology team within the EMEA region we are searching for an:

Senior Application Engineer (m/f) (Car Electronics)
- to be located in Munich with regular travel -

Your main tasks:

• Provide technical support to sales team and automotive customers
• Travel to customer sites when required
• Improve current applications and introduce new solutions within this dynamic business unit
• Act as the interface between customer and company particularly Sales, Engineering and R+D departments
• Use market information to help the company develop new solutions and concepts for a designated product group and act as the technical expert in this field.

Your profile:

• Degree / Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
• Advanced technical knowledge and "Technical Thinking Pattern"
• Commercial awareness and understanding of processes within the automotive industry
• 3+ years experience in a similar position
• Fluent knowledge of German and English is a must
• Experience within the automotive market
