Job Summary:
Client seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Architect to lead architectural planning and coordination for our industrial building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that architectural designs are in compliance with applicable standards, meet functional requirements, and are delivered within time and quality benchmarks.
 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead architectural planning and coordination for industrial building and infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
•    Provide timely guidance and support to project teams regarding architectural drawings, detailing, design standards, and construction execution.
•    Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations throughout all stages of the project.
•    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including civil, MEP, procurement, planning, execution, and quality, to ensure smooth project delivery.
•    Support inspection and audit teams, including those from client organizations, by providing technical inputs and clarification on architectural aspects.
•    Review and validate architectural designs and working drawings to ensure accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project objectives.
•    Represent the architectural team during site visits, review meetings, and handover stages.
 

Key Skills & Competencies:
•    Strong technical knowledge of industrial architecture and infrastructure design.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
•    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across departments.
•    Familiarity with building by-laws, fire norms, environmental and safety codes.
•    Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project documentation.
