Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a Senior Associate with proven expertise in Banking & Finance to join the Delhi office of a leading top-tier law firm. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with prominent financial institutions, NBFCs, and corporate borrowers across a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating complex financing and security documents including loan agreements, debenture trust deeds, security trustee agreements, and inter-creditor arrangements.

• Advising clients on structured finance, ECBs, project finance, syndicated lending, and refinancing deals.

• Leading end-to-end execution of transactions, including due diligence, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Advising on RBI and sector-specific regulations affecting credit and lending.

• Managing client expectations and building trusted advisor relationships.

• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.

Candidate Profile:

• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance law at a recognized law firm.

• Strong transactional and regulatory knowledge in financial services.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle matters independently and manage timelines under pressure.

• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.

Educational Qualifications:

• LL.B. from a reputed law school in India; LL.M. is a plus but not essential.
