The firm’s lawyers bring deep expertise from top-tier law firms and have built a reputation for handling high-stakes commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters. The firm represents clients across industries such as construction, broadcast, sports, oil & gas, online marketplaces, and telecom, appearing before Indian courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters.
• Lead litigation and arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings, appearing before courts and tribunals, and strategizing dispute resolution approaches.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Handle enforcement of judgments, appeals, and post-judgment matters.
• Represent clients in high-value disputes before the Supreme Court, High Courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates, ensuring high-quality legal work and professional development.
• Manage client relationships, offering strategic and commercially sound legal advice.

Who Should Apply

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation, arbitration, and disputes.
• Studied LLB or LLM from a reputable law school.
• Strong background in commercial litigation, insolvency, arbitration, and white-collar crime.
• Ability to independently manage complex, high-value disputes.
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
