Role: Senior Associate – General Corporate
Experience: 4–5 years PQE

About the Opportunity:
We are hiring for our client, a leading full-service law firm with a strong legacy and pan-India presence, seeking a Senior Associate to join its General Corporate practice in Mumbai. The role offers exposure to complex transactional work in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements

• Support partners on M&A, PE, corporate advisory, and allied matters

• Conduct legal due diligence for transactions

• Undertake legal research on corporate, commercial, and real estate laws

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on transaction documentation

• Ensure timely execution and delivery of assigned tasks

• Manage deal-related workflows and assist in team coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• LL.B. or equivalent degree from a reputed law school

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in General Corporate practice

• Prior experience in M&A and PE transactions

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and research skills

• Sound understanding of corporate, commercial, and real estate laws

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
