We are hiring on behalf of a leading Tier 1 law firm that is looking to expand its Labour & Employment litigation team in Delhi. The team is known for handling complex, high-stakes employment matters and is now looking for a Senior Associate to join them.

Role Overview:

• Handle litigation matters related to labour and employment before various courts and tribunals.

• Draft and review pleadings, employment contracts, advisory notes, and internal policy documents.

• Advise clients on employment law, disciplinary proceedings, workplace investigations, and compliance.

• Lead client interactions, support strategic case planning, and manage juniors where needed.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Labour & Employment litigation.

• Mandatory experience at a Tier 1 law firm.

• Strong legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills.

• Ability to independently manage matters and work in a high-performance environment.
