Position: Senior Associate – Corporate Practice

Our Client is looking to onboard Senior Associates for their Corporate practice in Mumbai. This is a high-priority role with immediate hiring needs and significant opportunities to work on complex, high-value transactions across sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end execution of corporate and M&A transactions

• Conduct due diligence, legal research, and draft transaction documents

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and contract negotiation

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal flow

• Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge-building initiatives

Candidate Profile:

• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A law

• Strong academic credentials from NLSIU, NALSAR, NUJS, GNLU, NLU-D, JGLS, GLC Mumbai, or similar top-tier institutions

• Solid transactional experience and proven ability to manage complex mandates

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
