Senior Associate – Finance and Accounts

Job Description
- Oversee and manage books of accounts of the entities allotted.
- Manage payments to Vendors and Employees on timely basis.
- Manage regulatory and other compliances (including filing of statutory returns with GST, Income Tax etc;) relating to finance and ensuring that all statutes and laws are adhered to without exception.
- Manage books of accounts closure as per the schedule.
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan / Business Plan as per the requirements
- Prepare and review the monthly MIS to be presented to the management.
- Management and reporting of working capital and funds status on a periodic basis.
- Handle statutory, tax and internal audits as per the audit schedule. Manage all audit queries and making course corrections where required.
- Prepare and review financial statements on a periodic basis.
- Providing inputs relating to financial aspects on the business/partnership agreements.
- Train and manage a team of skilled F&A executives.
Assist the Manager / Deputy Manager in all other matters and activities related to finance and accounting, as required from time to time
