Job Title: Principal Associate / Senior Associate – Capital Markets

Experience:

• Principal Associate: 7–9 years PQE

• Senior Associate: 4–6 years PQE

About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Capital Markets lawyers to join our growing team. This is a remote (WFH) opportunity based out of Delhi, ideal for professionals seeking flexibility without compromising on high-quality work. You will play a key role in advising clients on equity and debt transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and private placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage capital markets transactions end-to-end

• Draft, review, and negotiate offer documents, DRHPs, agreements, and regulatory filings

• Advise on SEBI regulations, the Companies Act, and other relevant laws

• Coordinate with issuers, investment banks, legal counsels, and regulators

• Conduct legal due diligence and ensure timely, efficient deal execution

• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to internal knowledge development 

Requirements:

• LL.B. from a reputed law school

• Prior experience in handling a broad range of capital markets matters (equity)

• In-depth knowledge of Indian securities law and listing regulations

• Strong drafting, research, and client advisory skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with excellent communication and time management skills
