Designation: Senior Associate / Principal Associate

Location: Hyderabad, Delhi

Role Highlights:

• Work closely with sector-leading Partners across construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy transactions.
• Handle complex project development, land acquisition, real estate due diligence, and joint ventures across India.
• Advise leading domestic and international clients on solar, wind, waste-to-energy, and transportation projects, including PPP frameworks, concession agreements, and EPC contracts.
• Regular exposure to regulatory, contractual, and land-related advisory for large-scale power and infrastructure projects.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house project/infrastructure role.
• Demonstrated experience in:
- Infrastructure and construction contracts
- Renewable energy (solar, wind, hybrid) projects
- Real estate due diligence and land laws across various states
- Drafting and negotiating project development documents (PPAs, EPCs, Concession Agreements)
• Ability to manage regulatory compliance and risk in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
• Strong grasp of state-specific land acquisition procedures and regulatory frameworks across India (AP, Telangana, Rajasthan, TN, Maharashtra, Karnataka preferred).
