Job Description

Organisation is seeking a highly motivated individual who would be responsible for supporting new Vendors on multiple initiatives including training and assisting them to get well versed

with various Organisation tools and provide on ground support to assess inputs like PO

management, shipment etc. These tasks include, but are not limited to -

• assisting in training on populating/procuring
• catalog content, face to face interaCBing/coordinating with the vendors,
• identifying and correCBing errors,
• maintaining records ofwork received and work performed

In addition to being a support to groomingvendors to become self-sufficient on the platform, the individual is expeCBed totake on larger responsibilities such as initiating and owning process improvement projeCBs,participating aCBively in stakeholder calls/meetings etc.

The Basics

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2 - 4 years of experience in data-driven business operations processes where associates are
• required to handle large volume of data as part of their daily tasks and take decisions based
• on analysis of such data
• Experience working on process improvement processes like Six Sigma, Kaizen etc. is a
• plus
• Experience in procurement processes such as placing PO, working on lead time and knowledge is a plus
• Preferred fluency in multiple languages including Hindi and English
