The Usual Tasks of An Audit Manager

• Directly ensures the provision of audit services according to the contracts concluded by OUR CLIENT Romania with its clients;
• Follow the changes to the audit methodology (adopted at network level) and take all necessary measures to implement them,
• Participates actively in the development of audit contracts, by scheduling, coordinating, guiding, verifying the work of members of audit teams,
• Performs the necessary verifications within the project to obtain the relevant information;
• Interacts directly with clients in order to resolve the various issues reported during the audit engagement,
• Assists the superior directly in various reports and projects;
• Provides direct support to other departments, at their request;
• Establish the tasks of subordinate staff and their priorities and verify how they have been completed,
• Verifies the professional activity of subordinates, including the correctness of the conclusions in order to transmit to the audit partner the problems,
• Provides training for subordinates whenever necessary,
• Participates in the development, application and updating of the general and professional procedures of the company in correlation with the internal or network requirements;
• Participates in the elaboration and updating of job descriptions of subordinate staff,
• May participate in the bidding / tender process if requested by the audit partner.
• Participates in the promotion of the company by participating in various events organized in the country at the network level.

If the Candidate is eligible for SENIOR MANAGER role, this will assume more management responsibilities over a team of Audit managers and more Client oriented tasks, too.

The Sr. Manager will directly report to the Audit Partner.

The percentage of trips outside Bucharest, especially during the winter audit period of maximum 30% of working time; costs incurred by the company

What do we expect from a future Audit Manager?

• Have higher economic education.

• Be certified as an ASPAAS accredited financial auditor.

• Have experience: to be an Audit Manager in OUR CLIENT, you must have at least 5-7 years of experience in financial auditing, and experience in a similar position is an advantage.

• Speak and write English at an advanced level.
