We are hiring for one of our reputed MNC client for the role of Senior Auditor for the location of Gurgaon.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field with min. 3-4 years of exp post qualification
Studying towards / partially acquired professional certification in a discipline relevant to their audit focus area (operational, technology, food safety, analytics, supply chain, merchandising, etc.)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Internal Audit Management: Foster positive client relationships, escalating issues to internal audit management, and actively engage in internal audit initiatives and advisory projects.
Internal Audit delivery: Conduct audits adhering to internal methodology and budgets, utilizing data analysis software, documenting results, identifying root causes, and updating relevant repositories
Monitoring Progress: Followup with the management on the status of outstanding management action plans
Risk Identification: Contribute to risk identification, evaluate and report on internal controls' adequacy, and assist in preparing process notes and controls to mitigate identified risks during audit projects.
Policies & Procedures: Maintain adherence to Internal Audit standards, policies, and corporate ethics, ensuring clear and relevant documentation while promptly addressing and validating audit weaknesses with the Internal Audit Lead.
Human Capital Responsibilities: Proactively pursue professional development and adhere to Retail's Human Capital policies for enhanced leadership and technical skills in the designated field.
