What does a Senior Auditor do on an average day?

• Participates with team members in running specific audit tests.
• Performs checks to obtain relevant information in the audit process.
• Works with direct supervisor on various reports and projects.
• Documents checks performed by preparing work files.
• Formulates and presents the audit findings to the audit mission coordinator.
• Involved in developing, implementing and updating the company's professional procedures.
• Participates in audit software implementations and updates.
• Involved in the on-the-job training process of juniors and assistants during missions carried out.
• Travels and travels to meet clients where they are located.

What do we expect from a future Senior Auditor?

Know economics: to be a Senior Auditor you must have graduated from an economics university.
Experience in financial and accounting auditing in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years*.
Speak and write English at an advanced level.
Must be available for travel and extended working hours from client's premises.
Be a trainee auditor or financial auditor: although not mandatory, this would be an advantage in the recruitment process.

*Experience in a tier 2 or even Big4 company in an audit department. Minimum 3 years' experience is appreciated as it basically means 3 seasons of work.
English language, working quickly in excel and experience in the field are the main assets we are looking for.
