As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for participating in specific audit tests, performing checks to obtain relevant information in the audit process, documenting checks performed by preparing work files, and formulating and presenting audit findings to the audit mission coordinator. You will also be involved in the development, implementation, and updating of the company's professional procedures and participate in audit software implementations and updates.
Responsibilities:
- Participate with team members in running specific audit tests.
- Perform checks to obtain relevant information in the audit process.
- Work with direct supervisor on various reports and projects.
- Document checks performed by preparing work files.
- Formulate and present audit findings to the audit mission coordinator.
- Involved in the development, implementation, and updating of the company's professional procedures.
- Participate in audit software implementations and updates.
- Involved in the on-the-job training process of juniors and assistants during missions carried out.
- Travel and travel to meet the client where the client is located.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial and accounting auditing in a similar role.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Availability for travel and extended working hours from client's premises.
- Trainee auditor or financial auditor experience preferred.
We are seeking candidates with excellent skills in working quickly in Excel and experience in the field, as well as personal skills such as being curious, detail-oriented, inquisitive, skeptical, patient, and malleable to best meet the needs of the job.
Salary Package:
- Salary 1,200 - 1,500 euro net/month
- Holiday leave 22 days/year

Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00, with one hour break during the day/coming to the office and occasionally going to the client's premises (in Bucharest or outside).
- Can work hybrid, one day a week after the 90 day probation period.
