Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring all Systems and Enterprise Computing services are available and performing as expected.
• Establish and maintain ITIL processes to deliver business requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of Key Projects, conceptualize, lead and deliver automation initiatives, bring and enhance Datacenter Automation Capabilities.
• Lead performance reviews with IT Partners and suppliers.
• Manage and resolve all escalated issues.
• Manage the overall Cost and Financials for Systems CoE.
• Good Understanding of running a large-scale 24X7 Wintel Operations
• Manage 24X7 BAU Operations effectively.
• Should have managed a large scale Wintel Operations for Servers and Storage.
• Should be able to manage a team of Technical SMEs and provide the required guidance as and when required.
• Ensure 99.90% Service Availability to Infrastructure Services.

Candidate requirements:

• At least 12-15 years in a similar role. Exposure to Wintel Operations
• Should be able to provide the highest level of technical guidance to Ent. Systems Team
• Good understanding of Wintel Technologies like Active Directory, Unified Messaging and Collaboration – Office 365, Windows Group Policies, Clusters, Antivirus, Proxies, Endpoint Engineering, Enterprise Storage and Cloud Management, Datacenter Automation etc..
• Ability to operate at all levels within the organization and cross functionally within multiple Client organizations.
• Reduction of repeat incidents Adherence to Maker Checker process, 100% Successful Change Execution. Timely RCA submission and Stake holder Communication.
• Timely upgrades of tools and other platform stacks.
• Responsible for timely closure of all Certification/External Assessments and audits
• ITGC compliance adherence by bringing Automation and Auto Remediation of controls.
• Timely readiness for client audits, Ontime Closure of VAPT findings, ensure Successful planning & delivery of critical annual activities
• Certifications in Microsoft Active Directory/Server 2008/2012
• Knowledge on scripting and automation tools
• Data Center Operations.
• Backup and storage technology.
