Role & responsibilities:

• Lead technology service delivery on the application side for Banking/Capital Markets clients.
• Lead multi-functional teams to deliver tech solutions within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with internal IT, client stakeholders, and business units to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Implement and optimize ITSM processes (preferably ITIL-based).
• Drive process improvements, innovation, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with risk, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Act as the escalation point for client delivery issues.
• Manage service delivery metrics, reporting, and resource planning.

Candidate requirements:

• 10+ years in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering technology services to Banking / Capital Markets / Financial Services clients.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and handling cross-functional client engagements.
• Strong expertise in ITIL, service management frameworks, and large-scale delivery oversight.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications like ITIL, PMP preferred.
