Role: Senior Business Analyst (Capital Markets / Investment Banking)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 6-10 yrs

Responsibilities:

1. Need to work with clients/onshore teams for requirement gathering.

2. Analyse requirements and perform impact analysis.

3. Create user stories, UML diagrams, data dictionaries etc.

4. Prepare Business and Functional requirement document and take signoff’s

5. Co-ordinate with technical team in requirements implementation

6. To help testing team in performing SIT and UAT testing.

7. Should be able to give product trainings and demos to all the stakeholders.

Key Skills:

1. Strong experience in Capital markets domain preferably in Prime finance, Repos, Collateral management, etc.

2. Strong understanding of fixed income domain with an emphasis on Treasury and Funding desk operations.

3. Ability to understand regulations of various financial markets and ability to articulate them.

4. Should have working knowledge SQL, Putty, Jira, Excel.

5. Ability to write good business documents. Ability to work with global teams.

6. Relevant 4+ years of experience as BA in Banking (Capital Markets) domain.
