Skills required:
- Experience on database concepts, SQL, ETL, BI solutions, data analytics & SQL.
- Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements.
- Exposure to Scrum methodology and Agile environments.
- Experience working with virtual and global teams in matrix organizations.
- Strong sense of taking hands-on ownership and accountability.
- Intercultural awareness.
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
Nice To Have:
- Deep understanding of Banking products and processes.
- German language.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and comprehend the specific data analysis requirements outlined by the organization.
- Revise and update project-specific documentation.
- Craft and, if necessary, delivering training to stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into models, diagrams, presentations, and other documentation.
- Leverage various analytical tools and techniques to conduct the analysis effectively (SQL queries, data visualization tools, etc.).
- Identify bottlenecks; analyze and troubleshoot.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, Product Owners and management.
