Our clients operates in the exciting and fast-growing domain of loyalty and customer engagement. We are an end-to-end loyalty marketing company that runs its own loyalty programs in partnership with large companies (such as banks, conglomerates, etc.). They are a funded company started by veterans in the Indian Industry. They own a SaaS cloud-based loyalty and travel platform – AI Loyalty that we use for enabling and running loyalty programs and travel bookings. This project entails integrating our platform on-premises with the bank's various systems, including core credit card applications, data lakes, marketing automation tools, website, and mobile applications, to establish a comprehensive bank-wide loyalty program.
Outcomes:
1.Successful Integration Implementation: Within the first 6 months, demonstrate successful integration of our loyalty platform with at least two key bank systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.
2. Agile Project Leadership: Lead and manage project activities following Agile SCRUM methodologies, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
3. Stakeholder Management: Establish strong communication channels and relationships with both internal teams and bank stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project goals and progress.
4. Technical Solution Design: Contribute to the technical design and architecture of the integration, ensuring it aligns with both our platform's capabilities and the bank's technical requirements.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in project processes and integration solutions.
Competencies:
1. Technical Expertise: Proficient in understanding complex integration landscapes, particularly in banking environments. Strong background in technical aspects of banking systems and digital platforms.
2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences, from developers to high-level stakeholders.
3. Agile & Scrum: Certified and experienced in Agile SCRUM methodologies, with a track record of successfully leading projects using these frameworks.
4. Stakeholder Management: Proficient in aligning, managing expectations, and negotiating with a variety of stakeholders.
5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to analyse technical challenges and provide effective solutions. Capable of navigating complex project scenarios and delivering results.
6. Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and adept at leveraging these for project management and documentation.
