What will be your mission: 

• You will be a key contributor for the successful implementation of Sustainability solutions which will influence the core of trading business towards sustainability   
• You will be the change agent in charge of reviewing and deploying the process transformation on trade capture and execution practices and analytics solutions adoption 
• You will be responsible for a specific trading platform / set of trading platforms sustainability applications and processes  
• You will be a key contributor in setting up a solution that enables us to know our farms and farmers, compile sustainability indicators and ensure they are incorporated in the trade to cash business process 

  What will be your duties & responsibilities:  

• Management of your solutions’ scope, processes, stakeholders and adoption 
• Learn and understand sustainability solutions portfolio and business needs to drive convergence towards the global sustainability strategy and goals 
• Ensure agile product road maps, roll outs, continuous improvement plan and deployments are in sync with the business needs and with the global sustainability strategy and goals
• Own the delivery of parts of the projects or programs in your scope and its associated metrics on time and on budget 
• Follow up issues and risks, propose mitigation plan where possible and trigger appropriate escalations in case of need 
• Work closely with the super-users of your application/solution being intermediary between them and our external delivery partners to develop or support your applications, drive adoption and remove roadblocks for effective delivery of business value 
• Support business partners in the creation of the test cases and in their day-by-day application usage. Organize the training of key and end users as required 
• Ensure your solutions’ scope evolves including requests’ backlog management and prioritization as per alignment with business partners 
•  Highlight to solution manager implementation constraints you may spot as well as dependencies with other solutions 

 Previous Experiences required: 

• 3-5 years of proven experience as business analyst type of role in digital  projects’ implementation 
• Should have worked in Business Analyst Profile for atleast 5 years.
• Experience in SQL is mandatory , Knowledge of Power BI,Python & API added advantage
• Project management experience in small to medium size projects being able to report status and potential risks 
• Previous functional experience in Agri business, supply chain logistics or sustainability topics is a plus  
• Proven experience on commodities trading functional area will be a plus 
• Former experiences in digital solutions implementation in sustainability area is a strong plus 
• Have worked in past in a multi-cultural environment 
• Previous experience in a client facing role will be considered a plus

 What Technical Skills will make you successful 

• Overall understanding and knowledge of global enterprise data management systems 
• Middleware and Business Intelligence technologies knowledge are a plus i.e. Talend, ESB, Microsoft Azure Platform, Microsoft Power BI 
• Database competencies (Oracle and/or MS SQL Server), being able to navigate through data via SQL statements 

 Language: 

• Fluent in English, oral and written is a must 
• Spanish and/or Portuguese are a strong plus due to stakeholders exposure in South America countries but not a must (working language is English)  

Education: 

• Higher Education in IT, Engineering, Math, Physics (others only if with previous proven IT experience)
