Hiring for Senior Business Analysts for a software product company which provides deal enablement solutions

Our client is a London-headquartered software product company, that provides virtual data rooms through a cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS platform to power end-to-end business deal enablement.
Role details:
- Title / Designation: Senior Business Analyst
- Reporting Manager: Head of Product
- Location: Chennai
- Working hours: 10 AM to 7:30 PM
- Work mode: Hybrid
Role & responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering,developing, and maintaining business requirements, implementation, assured that the requirements met standards
- Preparing Business Solution and Functional Specification Documents
- Managing the product backlog in collaboration with business team
- Defining User Stories, acceptance criteria and ensuring that they meet the definition of done
- Ensuring a clear flow of information to the Development Teams regarding the items in the product backlog to the level needed
- Understanding the product management lifecycle
- Assessing the scope of improvement and optimizing the value of the work the development team performs
- Ability to breakdown any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved
Candidate requirements:
- Must have 5 – 7 years of relevant experience
- Hands on experience in stakeholder management skills and an ability to understand and explain technical requirements in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent writing skills, capable of producing high quality documents
- Substantial experience owning and proactively managing a project backlog
- Exposure to SDLC methodologies, agile (scrum)
- Skillset to distil complex processes into clear workflow diagrams and/or user interface wireframes
- Knowledge of an agile management tool, e.g. JIRA a benefit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word.
- Good negotiation skills
