We’re looking for a well-connected sales professional to drive specification-led project sales through strong relationships with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, PMCs, and lighting consultants.
???? Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with AIDs & consultant ecosystem
- Drive product specifications in upcoming projects
- Achieve sales targets through project-based selling
- Conduct presentations, demos, and technical discussions
- Generate leads via network and convert to business
- Collaborate internally on BOQs, proposals & tenders
- Track project pipelines, competition & market trends
???? Must-Have
✔ 8–10 years in lighting / similar industry sales
✔ Strong network with architects, ID firms & MEP consultants
✔ Proven track record in specification/project sales
✔ Excellent presentation & relationship management skills
