- Drive cross-functional initiatives in complete alignment with higher management – put together activity milestones in partnership with business and follow completion.
- Track business metrics on daily/monthly progress (labor and parts sales, margin, sold hours, productivity) – highlight divergence and facilitate action plan based on management input.
- Deep dive analysis into sales channels for service and parts – interpret and provide insights present for decision making, drive recommended action plans.
- Proactively identify areas for cost optimization.
- Provide ad-hoc presentations, data analysis, and review decks as per management requirements, synthesize complex information into an actionable item
- Anchor budgeting exercise with business heads – revenue and gross profit assumptions, margin improvement and cost efficiency tasks, resource requirements, network assumptions and drive P&L consolidation.
- Gather team agreement on initiatives through the facilitation of presentations, staff discussions and whiteboard sessions.
