Job Description:
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for delivering an exceptional level of service to their high profile clients. You will play a crucial role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth customers, ensuring their unique needs and desires are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with high-end clientele in New York City through personalized interactions, understanding their preferences, and delivering a tailored, memorable experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our high jewelry collections, gemstones, craftsmanship techniques, and the brand's history to assist clients in making informed purchase decisions.
- Personalized Consultations: Provide one-on-one consultations to guide clients in selecting jewelry pieces that align with their tastes, drawing from our exquisite collection.
- New York City Market Expertise: Stay informed about the high-end jewelry market trends and preferences specific to the New York City market, offering insights and recommendations to clients.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our high jewelry products to clients, utilizing your knowledge and expertise.
- Event Participation: Participate in and support special events, exhibitions, and exclusive showings within our New York City location to engage with clients and build brand loyalty.
- After-Sales Support: Assist clients with post-purchase services, such as repairs, cleaning, and customization requests, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-end luxury sales, particularly in high jewelry.
- Strong knowledge of gemstones, jewelry craftsmanship, and the luxury market are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
