Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in healthcare or a life science-related field
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical research monitoring experience (including pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits) at a Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO company. Diagnostic experience preferred.
• Proven experience in the oncology field (required experience in pancreatic cancer, or liver cancer, or gastric cancer).
• Thorough knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines, including a basic understanding of regulatory requirements in other countries.
• Excellent project management skills: the ability to prioritize workload to ensure the timely, on-target, and within-budget accomplishment with little, or no supervision.
• A flexible attitude to adjust to changing needs.
• The ability and willingness to travel if needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills and track record of working highly effectively, efficiently, and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent writing & speaking skills in English
