Role: Senior Collaboration Specialist (SharePoint + Power platform) 

Location: Mumbai 

Industry: Petrochemical Industry 

Exp. Required: 8 + Years 

Work Model: WFO (Mon to Fri) 

Note- 8+ yrs SharePoint exp and 5+ yrs of power platform exp is expected 

Candidate should be ready to travel to Dubai 

Role and Responsibilities:- 

• Engage with stakeholders to drive adoption and delivery of the M365 portfolio, including SharePoint Online and other collaboration tools. 

• Analyze business needs and recommend SharePoint Online solutions to enhance operational efficiency. 

• Design, develop, and deploy software solutions by conducting requirements analysis, system flow studies, and work process evaluations. 

• Conduct discovery sessions and develop/manage applications on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.). 

• Implement AI and RPA-driven automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate to improve workflows and productivity. 

• Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into effective digital solutions. 

• Identify and define test scenarios for system and user testing to ensure robust implementations. 

• Design and maintain SharePoint sites and processes while ensuring best practices are followed. 

• Stay updated with and provide solutions on Microsoft Copilot, Chatbots, and other Generative AI tools. 

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for M365 collaboration tools, advising on strategies for optimizing enterprise portals and collaboration solutions. 

• Work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments while adapting to new technologies and business needs. 

          Qualifications and Education Requirements: - 

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field; equivalent education 

• Preferable related certification 

·         Experience: - 

• 8+ years of experience in developing and supporting SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online. 

• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, and SQL). 

• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, installation, service configurations, and patch management. Also, should possess strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint Online issues effectively. 

• Experience or willingness to learn Dynamics 365 CRM (a plus). 

• Preferred candidates with programming experience in Python, JavaScript, databases, and open-source technologies.
