Senior Controller & Project Manager (m/w/d)

Location:         Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Provide proactive financial support to the business to facilitate astute and timely strategic decision making on both day and long term issues
• Lead Key corporate projects involving the controlling function
• Maintain positive and proactive interaction with category marketing managers and department leads to ensure ongoing, eefective two-way working relationships for exchange of quality financial information
• Ensure that marketing and CFC Budgets are under control
• Provide ROI analysis of marketing promotional activities
• Coordinate the planning and forecasting process for Marketing spend and CFC
• Support brand managers and CFC Budget owners providing necessary tools and information.
• Consolidate and share with business the Monthly reports together with summary of the issues and conclusions.
• Consolidate and share with Business Plan and Forecast reports together with summary of the issues and conclusions

Your Profile:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration
• 6+ Years experience in finance (or similar) ideally in controlling
• Good or advanced debitor/creditor accounting skills
• Very good English, good German skills
• FMCG Knowledge
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
• Highly motivated & Team Player
• Challenger mentality
• Excellent communication skills
