Senior Corporate Relationship Officer

Ø  Identify and meet new corporate clients and build mutually beneficial relationship with them for long term growth

Ø  Liaise with Operations, Branches and Marketing teams to identify and share new leads and follow up to ensure closure on new leads

Ø  Leverage technology for creating new solutions to increase customer convenience

Ø  Identify synergies across the group and capitalize on the same to  build new products and lower cost

Ø  Identify opportunities to develop products and services for new and existing customers

Ø  Identify innovative ways to reach out to customers and focus on building long term relationships with them

Ø  Increase the customer base and market share of the company, liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations

Ø  Review marketing plan and create a strategy for enhancing the impact for marketing initiatives

Ø  Review marketing collateral and make recommendations aligned to the marketing and brad strategy
