Hiring for a Senior CRM Specialist (HubSpot) for the Global Competency Centre of a global logistics leader driving digital transformation and operational excellence.

- Reporting Manager: CRM Product Manager
- Location: Gurgaon
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead full HubSpot CRM implementation across multiple departments, ensuring it meets business objectives.
- Configure and customize core CRM modules including pipelines, workflows, custom properties, lead scoring, automations, and permissions.
- Integrate HubSpot with other enterprise systems such as ERP, marketing platforms, and support tools using Boomi, APIs, and webhooks.
- Ensure data integrity, migration, and compliance, including GDPR and governance standards.
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Collaborate with business teams to align CRM capabilities with strategic goals and operational needs.
- Act as the HubSpot technical expert and administrator, managing troubleshooting and liaising with HubSpot support or third-party vendors.
- Evaluate and implement new HubSpot features to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and onboarding resources to support users and promote adoption.
Candidate requirements:
- 5+ years of CRM administration or implementation experience, including at least 3 years working with HubSpot.
- Proven expertise in HubSpot configuration, setup, and go-live processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot modules: Workflows, Lists, Custom Properties, Dashboards, Reporting, Lead Scoring, Sequences, and User Management.
- Experience with data migration, deduplication, and CRM system architecture.
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing automation, and customer success processes.
- Hands-on experience with Boomi or similar integration tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
