Leading eCommerce platform, providing API solutions to enterprises and medium-sized businesses, seeks someone to take care of its customers by nurturing existing business relationships and making ground for establishing new ones. Location: Remote (Person must be based in the DACH region)
Department: Sales and Project Management
Reporting line: Global VP Customer Success
Languages: German (minimum C1 level) and English
Your responsibilities
- Supporting customers in making the best use of microservices-based, API-first technology, cloud-native and headless platform
- Advising and guiding customers on how to develop future technology and e-commerce stack on top of the given platform
- Educating and helping customers to understand the business value of new features in line with customized business cases
- Planning, coordinating, and carrying out strategic business reviews
- Collecting and communicating customer input and requirements for the new feature developments
- Interdisciplinary stakeholder management
- Supporting customers in growing their commerce possibilities
What you need to be successful
- Profound experience in either a customer success, technical Consulting, training, or pre-sales role within a SaaS environment
- Recent and relevant retail or eCommerce experience
- Excellent presentation skills and a high degree of customer orientation
- Ability to work with a variety of customers and stakeholders (internal and external)
- Willingness to travel
- A structured and proactive working style with the ability to work both independently as well as part of an existing team
- Commercially orientated mindset
