Hiring for a Senior Data Solutions Architect with Azure and AWS experience, to grow and expand our client’s suite of differentiated Digital, Data and Experience Engineering solutions.

Role & responsibilities:

• Building and upgrading / enhancing products, services, solutions and solutions accelerators in the areas of Analytics (including Big Data) & AI / ML to help clients compete for the present and evolve for the future – both on-premises and on public clouds
• Leading these solutions through a combination of build, buy, license and partner decisions
• Working with all relevant internal and client stakeholders, through the engagement lifecycle, starting from pre-sales to post go-live
• Exhibiting team and thought leadership, to build the requisite repository of skills, competencies, capabilities, capacity, tools, processes and solutions
• Marking an executive presence both at the enterprise level and at the industry level, through Tech Talks, Webinars / Seminars, Townhalls, PoV (Points of View) write-ups, essays, techno-blogs, white papers, etc.

Candidate requirements:

• Years of experience: 10-12 (with AI/ML experience of at least 4 years)
• Educational qualification: BE or B Tech or M Sc – Statistics, with AI / ML and Data Science qualifications preferred
• Should have good understanding of Analytics offerings and AI/ML products and services and in conceptualizing solutions in these areas, articulating differentiated value propositions / RoI, positioning them with clients and prospects, building the requisite processes, capabilities, competencies and capacity to deliver
• Demonstrable experience and expertise in building solutions stacks, reference architectures and best practices in one or more areas of Analytics and AI / ML will be a huge plus
• Must have hands-on experience with and expertise in Big Data solutions leveraging Advanced Analytics and Data Mining to crunch complex data sets to solve complex business problems or identifying new business propositions and solution accelerators
• Must have experience with R / Python and such statistical programming languages, Analytics packages, etc.
• Must have experience in Big Data platforms – Hadoop ecosystems (Hive, Pig, Map Reduce) / Spark / H2O, etc.
• Must have deep understanding and / or working experience in various Machine Learning models
• Display of thought leadership by way of publication of white papers, blogs, technical presentations and collaterals – highly preferable
• Should be willing to travel on business, should needs arise, especially for solution walkthroughs, product demos, sales support bid discussions and suchlike
• Must be able to advise on partnerships & alliances, based on ideation and articulation of a framework like “Build vs. Buy vs. License vs. Subscribe vs. Partner”
• Must be able to solution for and help deliver cloud-based Analytics solutions, across native development and migration, including of data warehouses
