They specialize in the comprehensive design and execution of electrical systems for power plants, delivering innovative solutions that ensure optimal efficiency and sustainability in every project.Role Overview: The Design Engineer for Substations will specialize in the design and development of primary and secondary circuits within electrical substations. This role requires expertise in automation, operational schemes, and digitalization processes such as SCADA systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design primary and secondary electrical circuits for high-voltage substations.
- Develop detailed automation schemes and operational plans for substations.
- Implement digitalization processes, including SCADA system integration, for effective monitoring and control.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of substation components.
- Review and refine designs to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to substation design and automation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in the design of electrical substations, with a focus on primary and secondary circuits.
- Strong understanding of automation systems and SCADA integration.
- Proficiency in design and simulation software relevant to substation engineering.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
