Role and Responsibilities: Projects leader of the major project . This is a critical application. 
Currently there are 8 developers at two levels working on this project.
The application is live. Still regular basis, changes and new modules, features are getting to include as per 
regulatory demands and market requirements. So, the PL is responsible for 
1. Understand and study the requirements
2. Implement and design platforms using .NET coding languages
3. Collaborate with internal teams to design, create, and maintain software
4. Coordinate with other software developers and professionals
5. Provide technical support for users
