Required Skills and Experience
- Several years of experience in automating deployment, smoke-testing, and monitoring
- Expertise in setting up SRE tooling
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins
- Proficiency in GCP cloud technology
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with technologies like Scala and Spark
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated deployment pipelines and upgrade existing solutions to meet target state requirements
- Develop and maintain SRE tools, including monitoring and observability solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize solutions for automated deployment, recovery, and observability
- Ensure that deployment and monitoring solutions comply with industry standards for SDLC
- Maintain a focus on code quality, refactoring, and engineering best practices
