Job Specification
• Develop online presence for the organization and update the existing company Marketing Collaterals Strategic initiatives include formulation of a formal Marketing department, Branding strategies, Tier Pricing models, Optimum Inventory and Product Market Mix Strategy.
• Lead the product launch for the company, targeting the export markets
• Communications & PR – Led the team to brand enrichment
• Brand building through the social media awareness campaign
• Lead all digital marketing initiatives including search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, campaign microsite development, re- targeting and marketing automation.
• Running digital marketing campaigns on all relevant platforms involving Analysis, Planning, Creating, monitoring, brand awareness & capturing all leads generated through the available online system.
• Experienced in handling Social Mediums like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Quora, Pinterest, etc.
• New Keywords research, existing keywords analysis, meta tag fixing, Onpage, Off Page Optimization, back link analysis and link building for setting up SEO.
• Creation, adaptation, editing and managing content on company websites (CMS)
• Articulate the brand's desired image and position appeal to different market segments to maximize the impact of audience-focused corporate branding campaigns
• Play a stellar role in setting up the formal marketing department, branding strategies, tier pricing models, optimum inventory and product market mix strategy
• Designate and serve as part of the Executive Committee/ Board advising in strategy, management, and sales & marketing.
• Restructure the marketing output by guiding and training the team.
Must Have’s:
• MBA (Marketing), bachelor’s in computer science/Mass Media/Marketing or similar field.
• 5-7 years similar experience into Digital Marketing front across Building Materials/Construction/Engineering business segment.
• The ideal candidate must have exposure working for a small-scale enterprise and has track record of increasing the sales footfall for the organization.
