Hiring for a Practice Leader – ONG (Oil and Gas) (Upstream) vertical, for a Global Systems Integration and Digital Solutions major

Their comprehensive Digital Transformation platform, drives and accelerates the Mobile, Analytics & AI / ML, IoT / Industry 4.0, Cloud and Social journeys of their customers. A tenured Technology major, our client has grown at phenomenal speed over the past few years and have a commanding presence in the ONG vertical.

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Practice Leader – ONG (Upstream) vertical  
• Role level: Director / Senior Director
• Reporting Manager: DU Head – ONG
• Location: Mumbai / Pune

Role & responsibilities:

• Sustain, expand and continue building ONG solutions set, with special focus on Upstream
• Help with the GTM (Go to Market) of the domain-specific solutions
• Support sales and presales teams, to drive revenue growth
• Support ONG Delivery teams with subject matter experts from the Practice

Candidate requirements:

• 15-20 years of experience IT and ONG domain experience, with at least 10 years in the IT industry
• Good understanding of Oil and Gas value chain
• Experience in delivering IT transformation solutions to Energy Clients
• Good Customer facing and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and built competency in a diverse team with domain and IT expertise
