Senior Director of Battery Cell R&D

Location: Changchun city, China
Salary: high attractive package

Main Responsibilities:

- Participate in the short-term and long-term product planning and technical route formulation of power battery, and responsible for the performance development of single cell (including next-generation battery);
- Responsible for the customized development, target optimization, technical solution refinement, cost analysis, etc. of the battery cell in the project;
- Head the formulation of solutions to technical problems related to battery cell in the project;
- Responsible for the establishment of relevant standards for battery cell development, process specification systems, relevant test tests and simulation analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:
-    Have more than 15 years of practical experience in the development of battery cell
-    The battery products designed by candidate has been used into actual application
-    Preferably PhD degree
