Senior Director of Battery System Design

Work Location：Changchun, Nanjing or Beijing

Salary: high attractive package

Main responsibilities：

- Formulate and implement power battery system business planning, product platform planning, technology and capability development planning;

- Improve the workflow, product standards and design specifications of power battery development, and ensure the advancement, integrity and effectiveness of product standards and design specifications;

- Check the technical solutions of power battery products, introduce forward-looking technology products, and ensure that the solutions are feasible and advanced;

- Guide and solve technical problems in the development process to ensure execution in time;

- Review power battery technical documents to ensure the integrity and correctness of the documents.

Qualifications and work experience：

- More than 10 years of experience in global leading battery companies or vehicle companies,

- Experience in the full process of development of power battery products (cell, battery control, safety) with a good reputation in the market,

- Preferably PhD degree or above and major in electrochemistry/materials/automation/mechanics/ vehicle engineering/mechatronics engineering.
