Position: Senior Engineer – Powertrain Diesel

Job Description

1. Experience in overall Diesel/Vehicle control management at system overview level and its controls. Knowledge in Diesel common rail system and working experience of minimum 2-3 years.
2. Knowledge in MATLAB / Simulink to create a control module as per designed control logic, experience in developing the complete control logic with interface modules to prepare MATLAB model
3. Knowledge in MIL/SIL for the unit & interface logic checks with detailed report generation.
   Experience in software testing at bench/ engine/ vehicle/ level to verify its expected output.
4. Managing the internal communication efficiently to explain the developed control logic to software coding team to prepare software
5. Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Calibration review with internal and with customer to sign - off before the production.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for achieving the project objective and targets on time by keeping quality and take necessary counter measures when Issu occurs.
2. Managing the overall software development and coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver the software on time to keep SOP
   identify the software change requirement based on customer engine/vehicle change point in architecture to support programme support.
3. Coordinate internal software control team both domestic and overseas to ensure the software release as per plan.
   Responsible for conducting the calibration review in internal and customer for proper Sign off before SOP
4. Must to have regular interaction with customer to track the project based on software delivery and evaluation plan.
   Escalate the critical issues/situation to the project management team along with counter proposal plan.
5. Responsible in controlling the calibration activities in RIG/BENCH level by proper schedule / recourse management.
