Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Deputy Manager – Accounts to manage the Accounts Payable function and oversee the MIS (Management Information System) reporting framework. The ideal candidate should be CA Inter qualified (both groups cleared) with 7–10 years of experience in financial accounting, vendor payments, and reporting—preferably in the manufacturing sector.

This role demands expertise in SAP and MS Excel, excellent coordination skills, and a strong grasp of financial processes to ensure timely payments, accurate reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities as per standards

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Ensure timely book closures, reconciliations, and statutory compliance

• Coordinate with auditors during audit processes

2. MIS Reporting

• Develop and maintain MIS systems for accurate and timely reporting

• Generate financial/operational reports and ad-hoc analyses for management

• Track KPIs and deliver insights to senior leadership

• Ensure high integrity and consistency in financial reports

3. Accounts Payable

• Handle end-to-end AP process: invoice checks, approvals, entries, and payments

• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments

• Conduct vendor account reconciliations and resolve issues

• Collaborate with procurement, stores, and departments for smooth processing

• Maintain ageing reports and assist in cash flow planning

4. Team Coordination

• Supervise and guide junior AP staff

• Review deliverables and ensure timely task completion

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate data flow

Qualifications & Skills:

Must Have:

• CA Inter (Both Groups Cleared)

• Graduate in Commerce

• 7–10 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel

Preferred:

• SAP certification or advanced Excel skills

• Experience in the manufacturing industry

Skills Required:
