Roles and responsibilities:
1) Responsible for day-to-day general Administration and Infrastructure management.
2) Contract administration.
3) Managing complete facility management activities including maintenance and housekeeping, cafeteria, company infrastructure, stationery, purchase activities etc.
4) To ensure effective control and regular monitoring of all the admin related expenses.
5) Handling and managing HRMS solutions.
6) Handling travel arrangements like ticket booking, hotel bookings and transportation.
7) Effective Vendor management and handling of contract agencies for service outsourcing and to ensure statutory compliances.
8) Employee engagement activities including R & R programs.
9) To assist in Conceptualizing and implementing administration policies, systems and processes.
10) Managing the security and ensuring safety and security of employees.
11) Updating records related to HR & Administration.
12) MIS report generation related to HR & Administrative activities.
13) Generation of MIS on monthly basis for better utilization & cost control of various admin activities.
14) Health & Safety activities
Special
· To support in HR Jobs like Talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, HR operations etc.
· Attendance Administration.
· Leave Administration in HRMS & reporting.
Ad hoc
· Entertaining Visitors/ Handling official Guests.
