Hiring for a Senior Facilities Manager for a leading digital outsourcing company.

Role & responsibilities:
Property Management
- Formulate and implement preventive maintenance programs for AC, plumbing, electrical, and electronics systems.
- Anticipate equipment failure through lifespan, performance, and historical records.
- Recommend upgrades or replacements of equipment prior to failure.
- Utilize best practices and latest technology for maintenance.
- Maintain organized equipment health trackers and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Develop and manage a pool of vendors for specialty work.
- Handle utility management for water and electricity.
- Construct and present detailed engineering reports.
Construction Management
- Review, audit, and recommend improvements on working drawings.
- Provide technical specifications and review necessary computations.
- Adhere to building, electrical, sanitary, fire code, and PEZA standards.
- Navigate the permitting process efficiently.
- Anticipate and address problems during site buildouts.
- Understand and implement construction methodologies.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports.
Administration Management
- Housekeeping: Deploy manpower effectively through time and motion studies, set vendor expectations, and conduct quarterly performance evaluations.
- Security & CCTV: Strategically position physical security and CCTV, adhere to protocols, set standards for security forces.
- Office Upkeep: Advocate 5S practices, waste segregation, and prudent use of supplies. Manage inventory and work closely with LGUs for permits.
- Food Concessionaire Management: Ensure proper management of food services.
- Safety: Organize fire and emergency drills, conduct safety audits, and resolve concerns per Fire Code and BOSH standards.
Candidate requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 13-18 years in facilities and building management, with experience in property management, engineering maintenance, and construction management from BPO, commercial, or corporate setup.
- Hands on exposure to medium too highly crowded set up at least 1000 and up employees
- Experience in handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and solicit feedback for service improvement.
- Must have proficiency in utility management, permitting processes, and construction methodologies.
- Good to have - BOSH SO2 or higher certification.
- Good to have - Pollution Control Officer (PCO) certification for DENR and LLDA.
- Good to have - Knowledgeable with PEZA standards and Certified Security Professional.
- Good to have - Experience as a former building, village, hospital, or condo administrator.
