We are looking for a senior field sales associate to join International company. As a senior field sales associate, you will be responsible for:

- Networking with stakeholders of mining companies in Kazakhstan, including gold, alumina, copper, coal, zinc, and chrome

- Specializing in hydrometallurgy and providing technical expertise and solutions for customers' challenges

- Having wide and specific experience in the above-mentioned areas and staying updated on the latest trends and developments

- Communicating effectively and professionally with customers and internal teams in English

- Analyzing financial and forecasting data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

- Managing the stock of chemicals for customers at the optimal level to develop business opportunities

- Preparing reports on the chemical composition of water and the process improvements in the mining industry

- Leading and supporting your team members and collaborating with other departments

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, metallurgy, engineering, or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in sales or technical service in the mining industry

- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- A customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering value
