Short Description

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager who is a strategic thinker, confident leader, and expert in compliance to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and project finance for a fast-growing UAE-based holding company operating across real estate, interior design, and architecture. The ideal candidate has Big 4 experience, holds an ACCA qualification, has 8-10 years of experience in the UAE/GCC, and excels in dynamic, multi-entity environments.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and project financial tracking.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with the group’s overall financial goals.
• Project Finance Oversight: Monitor financial performance of ongoing projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to IFRS, VAT regulations, and internal financial policies while maintaining strong governance and internal control systems.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory bodies; support project financing and investment initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous development.

Qualifictions and Experience:

• Big 4 experience, gained from well-known accounting firms for added credibility.
• A professional qualification ACCA is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance in the UAE or GCC.
• Proficient in ERP Software and financial systems
