Key Responsibilities:

• He/ She will responsible for liaising with Procurement and ensuring accurate and correct accounting of invoices
• Ensuring that all invoices have been processed for the month
• He/ She will be responsible for forecasting monthly SalesPoC and margin numbers and reporting any risks / opportunities for achievement
• Supporting and liaising with all Functions concerning cost control, PO and Invoice approvals to maintain the current EAC
• He/ She should ensure that an accurate Budget and forecasting are set and updating G4 accordingly
• Updating monthly Forecast vs Actual spend per function report and distributing it to all functional heads
• Provide relevant analysis/explanations, when needed
• Re-assess that contingencies are continuously aligned with the risk register, at least at CPR/RPR cut-off date
• Immediately communicate any significant risks that are not compensated by opportunities and/or savings (Early Warning)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Having an experience working on Mega Projects (Plants, Telecom or Construction).
• Preferrably from construction, telecom or heavy industry background.
• Having an experience working within factories on projects or in Engineering companies.
• Financial analysis & budgeting for Mega Projects.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Strong Leadership & Management Skills.
• A strong analytical and strategic thinking mind.
