Role and Responsibilities:

1. Provide analytics on monthly performance and partner with business leaders to understand variances in budgets/forecasts
2. Manage Company’s live-time reporting tools and work with business leaders on solving key business challenges. Work with VP of Finance on the annual budget process, strategic assessments of key clients, and identification of improvements to systems and processes that can be made throughout the company strong working relationship with key stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
3. Partner with the Client Services department to gain a deep understanding of key accounts and understand the company different engagements types Work with large datasets and collaborate with others to develop easy-to-understand presentations for dissemination to leadership teams Superior ability to gain in-depth knowledge of multiple data systems to be able to mine data efficiently to understand trends
4. Identify areas to streamline current processes and create efficiencies Create ad hoc templates, reports, and analyses for use by managers to evaluate their businesses, including industry benchmarking.

5. Familiarity with live reporting tools such as Tableau is also a plus.
    

Education: CA with 2-4 years of experience (preferably 1st Attempt)

Timings: 2pm to 11pm
