Job Description
We are looking for talented Full Stack Engineers who can build dynamic, high-performance web
applications using React.js on the frontend and Java / Spring Boot on the backend. The ideal
candidates are problem solvers who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about
delivering seamless, scalable, and secure solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong backend expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind).
- Experience with databases MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git / GitHub / GitLab).
- Experience with API integration, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and state
- management (Redux / Context API).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React.js, Java, and Spring
- Boot.
- Build responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for efficient frontend–backend communication.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with designers, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues effectively.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Microservices architecture, Spring Cloud, or Kafka.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library).
- Basic understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
