Role overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to design and implement user interfaces for AI-driven applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers and backend developers, to create visually appealing and seamless interfaces that enhance the user experience of our AI products. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between AI technology and user interaction, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient frontend for our advanced applications.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in React
• Experience with backend and BFF development using Node.js
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Expertise in CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components)
• Experience with personalization and experimentation tools
• Proficiency with Dynamic Yield and/or Optimizely
• Senior-level engineering experience (minimum 5 years)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with A/B/n (ABN) testing
• Familiarity with data stores such as DynamoDB or PostgreSQL

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-traffic user interfaces based on your area of expertise
• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, QAs, and Designers to deliver new components and features using our Design System
• Participate in architectural decision-making with the Engineering Manager and Solution Architect, exploring new technologies
• Actively engage in team processes, contributing to regular retrospectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Share your knowledge with other Engineers and be an integral part of the team
• Mentor junior colleagues, supporting their professional growth and enhancing your leadership skills
